LMWA STUDENT PORTAL TERMS OF USE
Love My Womb Academy is an accredited feminine health education business located in Atlanta, Georgia.
The following Terms of Services apply to registered users (students, faculty, alumna) on the LMWA Student Portal System
and unregistered users (Site Visitors) who access LMWA Student Portal in a restrictive manner and for specific purposes.
These Terms of Services constitute an agreement between you and Love My Womb Academy. Please read these terms
carefully and in its entirety. When you agree to the terms, it becomes a legally binding document between you (the user)
and us (Love My Womb Academy).
Please note that the Terms of Services may be altered or added to by Love My Womb Academy at any time that The
Academy determines necessary, with or without notice to you. We highly encourage you to read the Terms of Services
carefully on each session during the use of this Portal.
Non-compliance with these Term of Services as well as our Privacy Policy will lead to termination of your account. You will be informed about the account closure and the cause and/or reason for the termination.
INFORMATION WE PROVIDE
The information that we provide on this Site is a privilege, not a right. Any violation of Love My Womb Academy's Code of Conduct or any inappropriate use will result in cancellation of this privilege. The administration, staff or faculty of Love My Womb Academy may request that the system administrator deny, revoke or suspend a specific user account without
notification.
The information we provide on this Site may change at any time without prior notice.
OUR GOAL AND MISSION
The Love My Womb Academy's goal in providing this Student Portal is to promote educational excellence by facilitating
resource sharing, innovation and communication. Love My Womb Academy will make reasonable efforts to protect its
students, certified ministers, and instructors from any misuse or abuses as a result of their experiences with this
information service Site. All users must be continuously on guard to avoid inappropriate and illegal interaction with the
LMWA Student Portal information service.
PORTAL PURPOSE
This Portal was designed to provide a hub for all registered Love My Womb Academy Students and Faculty. This Site
contains links to restricted areas of the LMWA Student Portal that are available to Students of Love My Womb Academy.
The LMWA Student Portal may be used by Students:
(a) to make tuition payments;
(b) to order wholesale Affiliate products,
(c) to contact an LMWA Admin directly;
(c) to access exclusive videos; and
(d) to access exclusive news and promotions.
When using this Portal, you agree that you will not in any way:
(a) damage or disrupt the Services / operation of the Portal.
(b) use the Portal for any unauthorised or unlawful purpose.
ACCESS TO THE PORTAL
The LMWA Student Portal is open to the following categories of users:
Love My Womb Academy students participating in residential and online classes and courses, or who have participated in
classes or courses the past.
Love My Womb Academy certified Ministers who desire access to Affiliate Products exclusively available to registrants of
LMWA Student Portal.
Love My Womb Academy Admins and Instructors can gain access to the LMWA Student Portal.
REGISTERING FOR THE PORTAL
The Student Portal is accessed using personal credentials that are provided by a LMWA Admin. Registering a user for the
LMWA Student Portal is conducted by an Admin of Love My Womb Academy. It is the responsibility of an authorized
person of Love My Womb Academy to distribute credentials to qualified users. If you are a LMWA Student and would like
access to the Portal, contact support and request credentials here.
If you make any transactions while logged into the Portal, It is strongly recommended that you retain a copy of any
payment transactions and/or application submitted for record keeping purposes.
Love My Womb Academy requires that you agree to the terms listed in this document before access can be provided to the
LMWA Student Portal system.
Listed below are the provisions of the terms of services written for the LMWA Student Portal. If any user violates these
provisions, access to the information service may be permanently denied.
You Agree;
✔ that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password at all times.
✔ that it is your responsibility to completely log out when leaving the portal.
✔ to close all browser windows that you have opened.
✔ that you will not use the Student Portal for illegal activites including, but not limited to, the violation of Data Privacy Laws, copyright infringement or software piracy of any kind including but not limited to the downloading, uploading, sharing or
installing of any video, audio or other software file in which you do not have the legal authority to do so.
✔ with and understand that in the interest of security, all activity will be monitored and logged by Love My Womb Academy
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER
Please be advised that the LMWA Student Portal is hosted and operated by a Third-Party Service Provider. The Third-Party
Service Provider may impose additional terms and conditions associated with use of the LMWA Student Portal. By using
the LMWA Student Portal, you agree to be bound by and comply with any terms, conditions and/or policies applicable to
same. You understand and agree that our Service Provider is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for your
use of, or inability to use, the LMWA Student Portal. You understand and agree that our Third-Party Provider shall not be
liable to you or any third-party for any unavailability, modification, suspension, downtime, or discontinuing the use of the
LMWA Student Portal.
REGARDING WARRANTIES ON THE INFORMATION WE PROVIDE
Love My Womb Academy and its service providers make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the
service it is providing. Love My Womb Academy and its service providers will not be responsible for any damages suffered
while using the LMWA Student Portal. These damages include loss of data as a result of delays, non-deliveries, incorrect
deliveries or service interruptions caused by the system or user errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained from
this Portal is at your own risk.
Love My Womb Academy and its service providers will provide limited technical support to the users of this Student
Portal. For the most part, users are responsible for resolving any technical issues encountered when trying to access this
Portal.
Security:
Security on the Student Portal is the responsibility of all registered and non-registered users of this information service.
You, (the user) hereby agree that you will not share your passwords or login credentials at anytime with anyone. You must
agree that you will report any security concerns to the Student Portal administrator immediately and that if a security issue
is detected, not to discuss or demonstrate the problem to other users of the Student Portal.
Identify:
You (the user) also attest that you are the rightful owner of the user name and password credentials currently being used to
access the LMWA Student Portal. Fraudulent use of another person’s user name and password may result in account
termination.
You acknowledge and agree that you understand that it is impossible for Love My Womb Academy and service provider to
protect against all potential electronic security breaches. Therefore, you hereby waive all claims against Love My Womb
Academy, its officers, agents, employees and its service providers for damages occurring by reason of the use of the LMWA
Student Portal.
Vandalism:
Vandalism is defined as any malicious attempt to modify, harm, or destroy data and/or computer systems and/or computer
networks. This includes but is not limited to, the uploading or creation of computer viruses. Any vandalism will result in
the loss of computer services and legal action. As a user of these services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read
these Terms and Conditions in full with the understanding that this service is designed for educational purposes.
You also agree to report any misuse of the LMWA Student Portal to the Portal administrator. Misuse can come in many
forms but can be viewed as the ability to view information of students other than your own, or the ability to alter any
information contained in the information system.
You acknowledge, understand and will abide by the provisions and conditions of this document. I understand that any
violations of the above provisions may result in the revoking of your user account and appropriate legal action.
Content:
The LMWA Student Portal contains Content which includes, but is not limited to, the Links, Course Catalogue, Academic
Content, General Content and other information about Love My Womb Academy. Although some of the Content made
available to you on this website is obtained and/or compiled from sources that Love My Womb Academy believes to be
reliable, LMWA Student Portal cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, timeliness or completeness of any
such Content. Reliance on any Content or other information made available to you by and through the Student Portal is
solely at your own risk. Content being provided on the LMWA Student Portal is for informational purposes only and is at
all times subject to the disclaimers contained herein and on the Site.
Admission Application Services.
The LMWA Student Portal may contain relevant Forms and other functionality that enable registered Users to apply for
Love My Womb Academy services. You understand and agree that Love My Womb Academy shall not be liable to you or
any third-party for any unavailability, downtime, modification, suspension or discontinuation of LMWA Student Portal.
Payment Portal.
This Site contains a Products Catalogue for Affiliate Purchasing. When you make a purchase by and through the LMWA
Student Portal, the credit card and/or debit card (“Payment Method“) that you provided during checkout will be charged
the amount listed for the applicable product or service price plus shipping and handling.
Subject to any additional terms and conditions applicable to, and made available in connection with the LMWA Student
Portal, you may be able to make tuition payments utilizing the Student Portal. Where you make a tuition payment by and
through the LMWA Student Portal, the credit card and/or debit card that you provided on the Portal Form (“Payment
Method“) will be charged the amount listed for the applicable tuition payment.
The main processing gateway used by the LMWA Student Portal is PayPal. Other payment methods can be used by logging
into the Portal and contacting the LMWA Support Team.
UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED, ALL TUITION PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Trademarks and Logos
LMWA Student Portal and the LMWA logo are registered trademarks of Love My Womb Academy™. Love My Womb
Academy trademarks may not be used in connection with any products or services that are not Love My Womb Academy
's, nor may they be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, nor in any manner that
discredits or disparages Love My Womb Academy. All other trademarks, product names, company names and logos
appearing on Love My Womb Academy products or services are the property of their respective owners.

You should assume that everything you see or read on LMWA Student Portal is copyrighted unless otherwise noted, and
may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or without the written permission of Love My Womb
Academy. LMWA Student Portal neither warrants nor represents that your use of the materials displayed on the website
will not infringe rights of third parties not owned or affiliated with LMWA Student Portal.
Disclaimer of Warranties/Exclusions of Consequential Damages
